The process commences in the adaptation of generic methodologies to the specific company’s environment, its business processes and needs.

The process continues with the selection and implementation of a relevant tool to support the risk management process.

Leading operational risk identification, analysis and assessment efforts requires deep understanding and extensive experience in O&M [Organization & Methods], process engineering and industrial engineering, as well as an organization-wide perspective, and is conducted by SHAAR.

The same goes for the subsequent phases – definition of controls and treatment plans, as well as ongoing monitoring and control, reporting and escalation processes.
